What us Macast?

Macast is a cross-platform application which using the mpv player as DLNA Media Renderer. It allows you to push videos, photos, and audio files from your mobile to your computer.

Basically it is a simple menu bar application (or tray icon app) which means it will run directly from your menu bar (macOS) or system tray (Windows, and Linux).
