MRIcroGL: Open Siurce ICOM and NIFTI Viewer and Volume Renderer
MRIcroGL is a cross-platform tool for viewing DICOM and NIfTI format images. It comes with an easy-to-use, drag-and-drop user interface as well as a scripting language.
MRIcroGL is a general-purpose medical image viewer that allows you to load overlays (e.g. statistical maps), draw regions of interest (e.g. create lesion maps).
It runs on Windows, Linux and OSX.
Features
- A friendly user-interface
- View large numbers of medical imaging formats
- Built-in volume rendering
- Allow loading Overlays
- Drawing Regions of Interest (ROI)
- Supports advanced drawing
- Neurological versus radiological convention: allow you to choose whether the 2D axial and coronal slices are shown in neurological or radiological convention
- Mosaic Views
- Built-in scripting support with scripting editor
