What is Reel Cool?

Reel Cool is a fantastic in-browser video editing software that provides users with a seamless and enjoyable experience. Our primary goal was to create a video editing tool that not only delivers exceptional results but also ensures that you don't need a high-performance computer to use it.

With Reel Cool, you can effortlessly transform your videos into stunning masterpieces without any technical limitations holding you back.

How does it work?

Reel Cool uses the MediaSource Web API to read buffers directly into video elements. MediaSource is supported in Chrome v23+ and Firefox v25+ (with user activation) on desktop, and in IE v11+ on Windows v8+.

Mobile browsers do not support MediaSource, but videos can still be uploaded from mobile devices and accessed on the desktop.

Supported format

Reel Cool supports the .webm video format, which is immediately embedded into the webpage and ready to use when uploaded by a user, with the upload happening in the background.
